What is World Pediatric Project?

World Pediatric Project mobilizes dozens of pediatric diagnostic and surgery specialist teams each year. World Pediatric Project links access to care for children with often highly complex and/or urgent surgical intervention situations to advanced pediatric hospitals in the United States and internationally.

Why they are Awesome

  • Annually, more than 2,000 children receive diagnostic or surgical care in their home countries or regions.

  • Some teams will start their week in country seeing more than 100 children.
